RMW Uppers
Bazooka Brothers is proud to announce that we are working with Ron Williams at RMW to supply your upper needs. Until now there was only one real choice for a 45caliber upper blow back like the ones supplied by Olympic Arms. Ron at RMW has designed a new direct gas (DI) upper that uses all standard AR15 parts. Only the bolt face is modified to accept the 45acp cartridge and a proprietary gas block. Because it use standard AR parts the availability of replacement parts is greatly expanded. Another advantage is that instead of having to wait 6 months to a year for an upper our uppers are available in 30days.
Some of the advantage of the gas system over the blow back are
- Reduced felt recoil
- Reduced muzzle rise
- Believe it or not a cleaner chamber
- Parts commonality
- No need for special weighted buffers
- In full auto a a slower cyclic rate
